"Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

Some basic stuff:

- Do try restarting your device. It does work most of the time.

- If that fails too then iOS can be a pain sometimes so just delete the app and install again. You will not be charged.

- If everything else fails do write to us because we have made a boo boo and we are very sorry.
